My phones GPS sensor isn’t the greatest, and I was looking for a way to use my external GPS unit for data acquisition and still add my data to Strava.  Using this link you are able to upload tcx fit or gpx files to your Strava account!  Note that GPX data is typically stored in UTC time, and so Strava will adjust your times with that assumption in mind.  I had to manually correct my GPX file as my program that exported it seemed to want to put the time in wrong.
